ENIDC is committed to supporting the development of Eswatini’s automotive and automobile components industry by providing financing for businesses involved in the manufacturing and supply of automotive components. This includes opportunities in areas such as vehicle parts, industrial seals, rubber and plastic components, metal components, electrical components, and other supporting industries.
Through targeted financing, we aim to help businesses expand production capacity, adopt modern technology, create jobs, develop local skills, increase local value addition, and strengthen Eswatini’s participation in regional and international automotive supply chains.

Our Requirements
Applicant enterprises must satisfy all applicable corporate governance, statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements, and demonstrate a clear and credible financial commitment from shareholders. Target projects must demonstrate strong underlying economic merit, including financial viability, long-term sustainability, and the potential to generate meaningful local value addition and economic impact.
Projects must also comply with all applicable environmental requirements and demonstrate strong positive social and developmental benefits. In addition, applicants are required to fully comply with ENIDC’s prescribed application checklist https://www.enidc.org.sz/applications/, providing all required information and supporting documentation. Compliance with the checklist forms an integral part of the assessment process and will be considered in determining the project’s eligibility for funding.
