Private-Public Partnerships
This is a new investment avenue which Government has identified as another means to generate new sources of finance and provide socially geared projects and facilities. These projects are influenced by the need to enhance productivity, efficiency and optimize revenue generation objectives.
Private Sector
To provide finance for greenfield and brownfield business deals via a broad range of packages including hybrids depending on the project’s needs. Available products include:
Government
There are equity stocks in a number of private companies in which Government is holding minority equity stakes. A power of Attorney mandates the Corporation to manage these interests in order to extract optimal value for the government.
Special Funds
This is a fund managed on behalf of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade to support growth of the Textiles and Apparel sector towards capacity building, automation and improvement of production efficiencies.
