Applicant enterprises must fulfill requirements of the regulatory body in the technology sector in line with the business environment. They should also provide evidence of compliance to all corporate governance conditions, statutory requirements, and possess concrete financial commitment of the shareholders. The project must also exhibit substantial underlying economic merits with respect to profitability and sustainability, be environmentally compliant and have strong positive social spinoffs
