Client to be a registered legal entity and submit the standard required documents from applying entities.

Cash-flow projections outlining the income to be received against the expenditure to be incurred.

Confirmation of the work order by the contracting organization (Contractor) stipulating the contract amount and delivery time lines.

Confirmation of capacity to deliver the work order by the Contractee.

Submission of supporting invoices for required materials or services to deliver the contract work.

Confirmation that payments by the contracting organization (Contactor) will be made through the Corporation on the instruction of Contractee/ signing of cession of proceeds agreement.

Lending will be extended based on the creditability of the parties involved and creditworthiness of the applicant.

All other lending standard requirements and terms of the Corporation shall apply
